Simple Breathing Techniques to Try

  2. 4-7-8 Technique: Inhale through your nose for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 7, then exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 8. This technique can help calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.
  3. Alternate Nostril Breathing: Sit comfortably, use your right thumb to close your right nostril, inhale through your left nostril, then close your left nostril with your right ring finger and exhale through your right nostril. Repeat on the other side. This technique can help balance energy in the body.
